I have heard from a lot of people that it causes major upset stomach.<br /><br />You'll have to play with your solution until you can get it refined.<br /><br />As for the run, it is going to be tough. No doubt about it. You are training through the hottest part of the summer. It is cake for other people but for Vegas it is TOUGH!<br /><br />But it will make you that much tougher. You'll be mentally strong. <br /><br />It might be time to start working on your night runs.
