The recap for the month is short, and interesting.. maybe it's trying to tell me something but I can't figure out what.
6 overall runs totaling 92.7 miles, 18 hours 56 mins.
4 of those were long runs, which included the marathon.
I was able to get a few good weight training days and eliptical training days in but other than that not the quality of runs I was hoping for.
Feb. will be better building up to the Old Pueblo 50 miler. I am already antcipating being a little under trained but that is better than being over trained!

you're really getting some good long runs in your legs. with the base you've got, you're all set up to have a great race at Old Pueblo
...6 runs, 90+ miles... good lord! hope you are able to get in more running/more quality in feb.
