September!! Already? What happened here? I just got in to HURT and the month is already gone! WTF!!!
Here's my low down this month:
14 runs = 94.50 miles at 22 hours 43 mins! HEY, that's almost a 100!! in 30 days. Oh wait, I will be doing that in about 34 hours all at one time, shit!
5 Strength sessions throughout the month, which is clearly not enough but consistent of at least 1x per week.
Overall, not bad but not the greatest. September looks to bring some good training numbers and if all goes well this week and next week I will have almost 90! so watch out!
